12 weeks on

12 weeks ago my life changed completely. I had my gorgeous little boy, an event I've waited for my whole life. I knew I'd always wanted a family and at 9.45pm on Friday 13th (!!) January 2012 my dream came true.

Isaac Matthew Stone finally arrived (8 days over due) and weighed a healthy 7lb 2oz.
Since then my life has changed completely! Here is my story of how . . .
